How long will it take to receive my order?

Order Processing: All orders require 1-3 business days for secure packing and quality checks before dispatch.

• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days across Australia, depending on your location.

• Note: Due to strict local import policy checks, occasional minor customs delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.

Where is my tracking number?

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Australia Post tracking number will be sent to you.

 Crucial Step: If you haven't received it, please check your Spam or Junk folder, mark our email as "Not Spam", or drag it to your Primary Inbox to ensure you don't miss future delivery updates.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

To ensure fast dispatch, orders enter our fulfillment line immediately. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our support team via Email  immediately. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery route, and the customer will be responsible for any redelivery fees.

My tracking status hasn't updated. Is my package lost?

Please allow 24-48 hours for the courier network to scan and update your tracking information online. It is completely normal for a package to show "Ready for Shipping" or have no scans while it is in transit between major sorting hubs.

Why does my disposable vape taste burnt?

• Solution: Let the device rest vertically for 2-5 minutes to allow the premium flavor liquid to re-saturate the coil. Always store your device in a cool, dry place.

What should I do if my device arrives dead or faulty (DOA)?

While we maintain a strict quality check process, electronic components can occasionally suffer stress during international transit.

• If your device is non-functional upon arrival, please take a short video showing the issue and contact our team within 48 hours of delivery.

• In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), verified faulty items will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Do you sell to minors?

Absolutely not. Alivapeshop strictly enforces an age-verification policy. You must be of legal smoking/vaping age in your jurisdiction (21+ in Australia) to purchase and use our products. We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of purchasing on behalf of minors.
