For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt and provide photo or video evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate under ACL.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. These allow you to monitor your delivery directly through Australia Post.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Handling Out-of-Stock Items

While we work hard to maintain accurate stock levels, there may be rare instances where an item in your order is temporarily out of stock. In such cases:

  • We will dispatch the available items in your order within the regular dispatch timeframe to avoid delays.
  • The missing item(s) will be shipped to you separately as soon as they arrive, at no additional shipping cost to you.
  • Our goal is to ensure you receive as much of your order as quickly as possible, while minimising any inconvenience caused by stock shortages.

7. Incorrect Shipping

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, alivapeshop.com is not responsible for reshipping costs.
